What documents are required for application to the Graduate Fellowship Program?


The following documents are required for application to the Graduate Fellowship Program:

Online Profile, which you created when you first logged in. 

Two letters of recommendation which must be uploaded online.  By providing the name and contact information of the recommender, they receive an email with instructions on how they can log on and upload the letter themselves. 

Resume listing education, extracurricular activities, honors, employment, community experience, and special skills or abilities, which must be uploaded online. Resumes should be no longer than two pages; curriculum vitae are not recommended.

School transcript, which must be uploaded online. For the application process, we accept an unofficial transcript.  We require an official transcript if you are selected as a finalist to verify your grades.

Completion of online application which includes four essay questions (suggested length: no more than 600 words per essay).

An electronically signed copy of the Application Agreement.
