What do I do if I'm attempting to submit but it says invalid social security number?


  1. The most common reason is that you previously created an account with CHCI. Your social security number, not your email, serves as a unique identifier and will not allow the same user to create two accounts. Try logging in using a previous email address.
  2. You may have input your social security number incorrectly.
