What should I do if the system is stating my Social Security number is already in use?
There are two reasons why the system is prompting you with that message.
- The most common reason is that you previously created an account with CHCI. Your social security number, not your email, serves as a unique identifier and will not allow the same user to create two accounts. Try logging in using a previous email address.
- You may have input your social security number incorrectly.
