I cannot move on from the Profile page.

If you find yourself stuck on the profile page, please be sure to check the "pop-up" block setting on your internet browser.  Turn it off for the CHCI website.  Once you press continue on your profile there is a message that pops up and you must confirm the information there before you can proceed to the individual applications.

If you continue to experience difficulties, try using a different internet browser or computer.
